The plan today was to take a train from Oslo, Norway to Stockholm, Sweden. When we arrived at the Oslo train station, we found we had a wrong schedule. The earliest train to Stockholm would be in the early afternoon! We took turns to either watch our luggage in the station or to go out and stroll around. Since it cost $ to go to restroom in the train station, so we were interested in finding free WC in the city anyway. Shiang and I walked on a pedestrian-only street called Karl Johans Gate in front of the train station (see pictures, a wall painted with gold?). On the way to Stockholm, we had to change train at Karlstad, Sweden. The Swedish train was really nice. The diner served excellent and less expensive (compared to Norway) food. When we arrived at Stockholm, it was around 8 pm. We were impressed by the size of the busy train station (see picture).
